General Job Description</strong></p> <p>This position will be responsible for performing administrative tasks for all departments including greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and general administrative duties. This position will also assist with special projects and other administrative staff with overflow work.</p> <p>The duties listed below are intended only as illustrations of the various types of work that may be performed. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>General office duties (answering calls, maintaining office supplies, mail and circulation), customer service, maintaining vendor contact information, and assisting department managers.</li> <li>Track payroll and time sheets of hourly employees, spreadsheets, and leave forms.</li> <li>Daily cash, invoice, and credit card reconciliation, banking, and deposits.</li> <li>Collect payment on invoices and accounts.</li> <li>General account reconciliation and field questions from Accounts Receivables.</li> <li>Assist customers with minor account details.</li> <li>Maintain data on spreadsheets and forms and send documents (invoices, purchase orders, etc.).</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>18 years of age, high school diploma, or GED.</li> <li>1 year of work experience.</li> </ul> <p><strong>III. Desired Job Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Demonstrated skills with Microsoft Office Suite.</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal and written skills.</li> <li>Ability to read technical procedures, write reports, and business correspondence.</li> <li>Ability to effectively respond to questions from clients, customers, and the public.</li> </ul> <p><strong>IV.
