Overview: This position will be responsible for setting up and maintaining all Parts &amp; Service accounts through processing credit applications, monitoring and maintaining credit limits, and the collection of all delinquent accounts is involved. The specialist duties also include customer relations and account reconciliation.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Work with Parts and Service Managers to contact delinquent customers and negotiate payment.</li> <li>Reconcile customer accounts and certain GL accounts related to Accounts Receivable.</li> <li>Research and adjust Accounts Receivable internal schedules as needed.</li> <li>Place delinquent accounts for outside collections as needed and monitor activity on a monthly basis.</li> <li>Provide courteous and professional customer service on all customer inquiries.</li> <li>Administrative functions related to Accounts Receivable.</li> </ul>
