Overview: This position is a key contributor to the company&rsquo;s visual marketing innovations and communication across all media and customer touch points.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Video creation and production.</li> <li>Creates, edits, and organizes graphic content to be used for print, web, packaging design, ecommerce, paid social media and industry events.</li> <li>YouTube Channel management, including publishing and rights maintenance.</li> <li>Implements style/brand guidelines to ensure projects throughout the company are correctly executed.&nbsp;</li> <li>Leads graphics approval process for brand standards and quality standards.</li> <li>Leads the organization and cataloging of marketing assets.</li> <li>Provides media to assist with email-marketing campaigns.</li> <li>Creating and interpreting a variety of social media and digital ad reports.</li> <li>Other marketing initiatives per the Marketing Manager.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>18 years of age.</li> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a related discipline, such as Marketing, Communications, Visual Design, or related creative field and 1-3 years of relevant experience.</li> <li>Social media account and content management and <span class="modified">Adobe Software</span> experience.</li> <li>Must be team-oriented, reliable, dependable, flexible, and highly responsive.</li> <li>Ability to thrive in a work environment with shifting priorities, including willingness and flexibility to work extended hours as necessary to meet client-driven deadlines.</li> </ul> <br /> <p><strong>Mental Capability Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Comprehension:</strong>&nbsp;Ability to understand, remember, and communicate routine, factual information.</li> <li><strong>Organization:&nbsp;</strong>Ability to organize and prioritize work schedule on short-term basis (more than 1 month).</li> <li><strong>Reasoning &amp; Decision Making:</strong>&nbsp;Ability to make decisions with moderate impact on immediate work unit.</li> <li><strong>Communication:&nbsp;</strong>Ability to express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word, communicating orally with others accurately, loudly, and quickly.</li> <li><strong>Mathematics:</strong>&nbsp;Ability to compute, analyze, and interpret numerical data for reporting purposes.</li> </ul> <br /> <p><strong>Physical Demands and Work Environment</strong></p> <p>The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
