Overview: This position will direct Parts, Service, and Truck Sales operations through a team of frontline managers to achieve planned sales and profitability objectives, while adhering to established procedures for business conduct, safety, and personnel administration.
Responsibilities: <strong>Operations</strong><br /> <ul> <li>Review analysis of activities, costs, operations, P&amp;L statements and forecast data to determine progress toward states goals and objects for Parts, Service, and Truck Sales.</li> <li>Oversee key projects, processes, performance reports, data, and analysis.&nbsp;</li> <li>Provide leadership for problem resolution and improved working relationships.</li> <li>Manage material requirements to increase inventory turns and reduce levels on hand.</li> <li>Determine operations head count needs and ensure compliance with company policies.</li> <li>Manage compliance with state and federal regulations.</li> </ul> <strong><br />Business Development</strong><br /> <ul> <li>Prospect for potential new clients to increase business opportunities.</li> <li>Cold call as appropriate to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.</li> <li>Research and build relationships with new clients.&nbsp;</li> <li>Grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new product solutions and services.</li> <li>Work with staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.</li> <li>Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.</li> </ul>
