General Job Description</strong></p> <p>This position will be responsible for resale from one location to another. This position provides the highest possible level of customer service and is expected to conduct business in a professional manner, including courteous on-time delivery and projecting a professional company image.</p> <p>The duties listed below are intended only as illustrations of the various types of work that may be performed. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Adhere to safe vehicle operating procedures and legal requirements.</li> <li>Pull ordered parts for assigned accounts and delivers on time.</li> <li>Pick up return parts and processes return documents.</li> <li>Provide assistance to the Inside and Outside Parts Sales staff and management.</li> <li>Know assigned customer accounts by learning names, understanding parts delivery expectations, and reporting to Inside and Outside Sales staff about customer purchasing practices.</li> <li>Represent the Company in a professional and courteous manner when interacting with customers.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>18 years of age.</li> <li>High school graduate, GED, or 1 year of work experience.</li> <li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license in the state of employment and qualified MVR abstract.</li> </ul> <p><strong>III. Desired Job Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>1-year direct customer facing sales experience.</li> <li>Heavy-duty truck aptitude.</li> <li>Ability to work independently without direct on-site supervision.</li> <li>Basic knowledge off Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.</li> <li>Strong organization, communication, and phone skills.</li> </ul> <p><strong>IV.
