Overview: One of our clients, a distributor and manufacturing company that partners with the automotive industry, is seeking a&nbsp;<strong>Part-Time Office Manager/Bookkeeper</strong>. &nbsp;This opportunity is located in&nbsp;<strong>Wixom, MI&nbsp;</strong>and&nbsp;<strong>offers a flexible work schedule (20-30 hours per week).</strong>
Responsibilities: <ul type="disc"> <li>Reconcile client payments utilizing client specific software programs and Excel&nbsp;</li> <li>Maintain summary sheet for all US and international orders in Excel&nbsp;</li> <li>Utilize Quickbooks for thorough and comprehensive bookkeeping&nbsp;</li> <li>Handle client billing, process and deposit accounts receivable&nbsp;</li> <li>Process accounts payable invoices and assist perform payment processing&nbsp;</li> <li>Maintain account records by verifying, and posting transactions&nbsp;</li> <li>Perform bank account and other reconciliations</li> <li>Create financial reports as needed&nbsp;</li> <li>Job costing and reporting on hours spent by each job&nbsp;</li> <li>Sending clients shipping and bill of delivery documents</li> <li>Greeting customers in office and answering customerinquiries via phone</li> <li>Other administrative duties as needed&nbsp;</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul type="disc"> <li>A minimum of 10 years of office management and bookkeeping experience&nbsp;</li> <li>Associate&rsquo;s Degree preferred&nbsp;</li> <li>Quickbooks experience required&nbsp;</li> <li>Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to work independently in a professional, small office environment</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy&nbsp;</li> <li>Exceptional organizational and time management skills&nbsp;</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills&nbsp;</li> <li>Exhibits strong sense of professionalism and motivation to succeed</li> <li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy of sensitive information&nbsp;</li> <li>German language skills a plus, but not required&nbsp;</li> </ul>
