Overview: The Payroll &amp; Administration Associate will handle all aspects of payroll and benefits administration, as well as assist with a variety of other tasks.&nbsp; <div>&nbsp;</div>
Responsibilities: <div>Payroll Administration<br />Benefits Administration<br />PTO tracking.<br />Time and billing system processing.<br />Accounts payable backup.<br />Credit card processing.<br />Interaction with all employees, interns through shareholders.<br />Clerical tasks as needed.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div>
Requirements: Associate Degree preferred.<br />A minimum&nbsp;3&nbsp;years of&nbsp;relevant administrative&nbsp;experience in a similar function.<br />Payroll experience.<br />Proficiency with&nbsp;Microsoft Excel.<br />Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<br />Ability to work in a team environment.<br />Ability to work within deadlines.<br />Minimal overtime required
