Responsibilities: <p><strong>Marketing Strategy Developer and Tactical Executor</strong></p> <ul> <li>Oversee, manage and execute strategies to help perpetuate the &ldquo;3 legs of the stool,&rdquo; which drive EOSWW&rsquo;s economic engine: EOS Book Sales, Implementers, and Base Camp</li> <li>Leverage existing third-party service provider relationship and cultivate new contacts within the industry to lead to sales generation</li> <li>Evaluate and use channels that provide the most effective and profitable means of distribution for the EOSWW messaging and mission</li> <li>Maintain, optimize &amp; follow Recruiting, Warm Lead, Brand Standards and other processes</li> </ul> <p><strong>IP and Brand Strategy Developer and Maintainer</strong></p> <ul> <li>Set and maintain EOSWW brand standards, and support its adherence by members of the professional EOS Implementer Community and other authorized users</li> <li>Ensure that digital and printed marketing materials adhere to those standards</li> <li>Maintain master design files for all official logos, templates, print, and digital materials</li> </ul> <p><strong>Leadership Team Member</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead, manage and hold functional team members accountable</li> <li>Collaborate with EOSWW leadership team (currently Coaching, Marketing, Implementer support, Technology, and Finance) to maximize the company&rsquo;s goals and plans</li> <li>Attend leadership team meetings, including weekly Level 10s, monthly issue solving sessions, quarterly strategy and collaborative exchange sessions, annual two-day meeting, and other meetings as required</li> </ul> <div class="grammarly-disable-indicator">&nbsp;</div> <div class="grammarly-disable-indicator">&nbsp;</div>
Requirements: <p><strong>Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>A leader with strengths in creative thinking, and in developing and executing go-to-market strategies. These include product/ service design and management, channel/ partnership management, as well as sales and marketing.</li> <li>Substantial experience driving revenues as a Sales / Business Development professional required. 3+ years experience in a direct sales role strongly preferred.</li> <li>At least three years in Management required</li> <li>Work at entrepreneurial company required. $5MM - $20MM in revenues strongly preferred.</li> <li>Superior written / verbal communication skills required</li> <li>EOS savvy, or a desire to deeply immerse oneself in EOS required</li> <li>Three years of Digital Marketing strongly preferred</li> <li>Proven experience working in Public Relations strongly preferred</li> <li>Experience in planning, coordinating and executing events strongly preferred</li> <li>Success working in an idea-driven or training &amp; development oriented company strongly preferred</li> <li>Knowledge of social media, email marketing, event planning and promotion preferred</li> <li>Work from home experience and effectiveness preferred</li> </ul> <p><strong>Education / Other</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelors degree strongly preferred</li> <li>HubSpot certification or meaningful experience preferred</li> </ul> <p><strong>PERSONALITY AND CHARACTER</strong></p> <ul> <li>Open, honest and vulnerable.
