Responsibilities: <p><strong>WHAT YOU&rsquo;LL BE DOING EVERY DAY</strong></p> <ul> <li><u>Facilitating our Work Environment</u>- You&rsquo;ll create an environment wherein our team members can thrive. Your focus will be on ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of both our in-office team members and our remote workers.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li><u>Building SOP&rsquo;s</u>- You&rsquo;ll lead the process of building SOP&rsquo;s for daily operations in the company. You&rsquo;ll ensure that the firm&rsquo;s SOP&rsquo;s are executed as written and enhance them as we grow.</li> </ul> <ul> <li><u>Keeping Track of Firm Assets</u>- You&rsquo;ll keep track of our company inventory, to ensure that we successfully maintain our devices and that we don&rsquo;t lose company assets.</li> </ul> <ul> <li><u>Liaising With Other Teams</u>- You&rsquo;ll work hand in hand with other teams within our company, including IT, business development, and client services.</li> </ul> <ul> <li><u>Handling Logistics</u>- You&rsquo;ll manage the scheduling of meetings for our President, and handle the logistics around making sure we&rsquo;re able to attend.</li> </ul> <ul> <li><u>Handling the Paperwork</u>- You&rsquo;ll ensure that we have everything documented within internal systems, handling things from scanning to picking up and dropping off of materials. You&rsquo;ll implement new programs to make this process even more efficient than it is already.</li> </ul> <ul> <li><u>Managing Human Resources</u>- You&rsquo;ll jump in to build new recruiting processes, SOP&rsquo;s, and documentation to on-board people the right way.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li><u>Helping Us Grow</u>- You&rsquo;ll jump in to share your knowledge when it comes to marketing and sales. Even if it&rsquo;s not your strongest suit, you&rsquo;re interested in company growth, and you&rsquo;ll help us find new ways to grow in collaboration with our Business Development team members.</li> </ul> <ul> <li><u>Maintaining Confidentiality</u>- You understand that we work with clients in a specialty field and our client data is confidential. Additionally, you will maintain strict adherence to our business operational data confidentiality requirements and maintaining the highest levels of care with our firm-level data.</li> </ul>

You have a bachelor&rsquo;s degree (or advanced degree) in a related field. You&rsquo;ve utilized the Microsoft suite of tools consistently throughout your career, and know how to contribute effectively from an operational perspective to a growing small business.</li> </ul> <ul> <li><u>Are a Time Management Wizard</u>- You&rsquo;re able to manage your time effectively, along with the time of others.
