Overview: <p>Elk Ridge is seeking a mission-driven Dental Director in Flagstaff, AZ. The Dental Director will provide clinical leadership, oversight, and strategic direction for all dental services. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Provide clinical leadership and oversight of dental providers and support staff.</li> <li>Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.</li> <li>Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and best practices.</li> <li>Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous quality improvement.</li> <li>Recruit, mentor, and evaluate dental staff.</li> <li>Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and expansion of services.</li> <li>Maintain a limited patient caseload as needed.</li> <li>Oversee risk management, infection control, and peer review processes.</li> </ul>
