Requirements: <ul> <li>Have earned an MD or DO degree and completed an OBGYN residency</li> <li>Board eligible or board certified</li> <li>Have or able to obtain an unrestricted Arizona License and DEA</li> <li>Approval to hospital medical staff for OB deliveries and GYN Surgeries</li> <li>Have a preference for or experience in an FQHC, CHC, or PCMH facility</li> </ul>
