Overview: <p>Your role will involve building strong relationships with educational institutions, students, and faculty members to promote clients as an employer of choice.</p>
Responsibilities: <ol> <li><strong>Recruitment Strategy:</strong> Develop and execute strategic campus recruitment plans aligned with hiring objectives and growth plans.</li> <li><strong>Relationship Building:</strong> Foster partnerships with university career centers, student organizations, and academic departments to expand presence on campus and attract high-potential candidates.</li> <li><strong>Event Coordination:</strong> Plan and organize campus events such as career fairs, information sessions, and networking events to engage with students.</li> <li><strong>Candidate Outreach:</strong> Proactively source, engage, and assess candidates through various channels including career fairs, campus visits, online platforms, and social media.</li> <li><strong>Selection Process:</strong> Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating assessments, and assisting in hiring decisions.</li> <li><strong>Employer Branding:</strong> Represent clients at campus events and through online platforms, showcasing culture, values, and career opportunities to prospective candidates.</li> <li><strong>Talent Pipeline Management:</strong> Build and maintain a pipeline of talented candidates for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates into the organization.</li> <li><strong>Data Analysis:</strong> Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of campus recruitment efforts and identify areas for improvement.</li> <li><strong>Collaboration:</strong> Collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR partners, and business leaders to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with business objectives.</li> </ol>
Requirements: <ol> <li>Interest&nbsp;in Human Resources, Campus Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Business Administration, or a related field.</li> <li>Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with recruitment software and tools.</li> <li>Willingness to travel to various universities and colleges as required.</li> </ol>
