Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Provide excellent first impression at front reception desk when greeting clients, guests, and employees.</li> <li>Answer phones with exceptional phone skills to build client/prospect relationships.</li> <li>Support company meetings by taking minutes and documenting action items.</li> <li>Maintain training room before and after sessions including stocking and ordering supplies.</li> <li>Support Executives and associates with calendar management, travel requests and special projects.</li> <li>Track attendance, event registrations, sending reminders and noting trends for regular class and events.</li> <li>Optimize existing data storage and create new work flow processes as needed to enhance efficiency.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>3 Years experience as an administrative staff assistant, office manager, or closely related job.</li> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred. Associates degree and/or related work experience required.</li> <li>Self-Starter with the ability to streamline functions and passion to learn and grow.</li> <li>Ability to solve practical problems and analyze processes for improvements.</li> <li>Must be organized, able to handle multiple projects at one time and work well independently.</li> <li>Ability to take charge and offer opinions/direction.</li> <li>Commitment to providing outstanding customer service support.</li> <li>Ability to develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize and accomplish work.</li> <li>Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills and be comfortable interacting with executive level management.</li> <li>Continually meet internal and external customer expectations through teamwork, respect and willingness to help and support others.</li> <li>Take initiative to continually improve performance and work processes through feedback, problem solving and generating new ideas.</li> <li>Strong written and oral communication skills.</li> <li>Strong MS Office &ndash; Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel &ndash; Skills with the ability to quickly learn new programs.</li> <li>Outgoing and comfortable talking with clients and prospects both face to face and over the phone.</li> <li>Ability to fit into small business and team-oriented environment.</li> </ul>
