Overview: <br />Responsible for leading the development and implementation of programs and strategies by identifying insights that enhance business decision-making capabilities to ensure business readiness. This position will implement, monitor, and evaluate Care Management programs which includes measuring program performance, continuous program improvement, and program outcome reporting. This includes analyzing information to identify and select candidates for Care Management programs.&nbsp;
Responsibilities: <br /> <ul> <li>Establish program workflows such as referral process, member experience, communication process disenrollment process, etc.</li> <li>Define program requirements and capabilities to inform development of business cases, impact assessments, and participate in business requirement design sessions.</li> <li>Develop data flow and operational processes for program implementation and maintenance</li> <li>Document and communicate project concepts, milestones, and results through reports and presentations to display data and proposed business changes.</li> <li>Monitor program and supplier performance to ensure member satisfaction and positive outcomes</li> <li>Assist in the management and monitoring of multiple projects simultaneously by establishing project plans and objectives to ensure goal attainment within defined parameters.</li> <li>Recommend and assist with business readiness strategy for new programs as well as maintaining programs</li> <li>Possess and maintain a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of BCBSM business, products, programs (including provider data, networks, etc.), corporate organizational structure (including functional responsibilities), and basic research principles/methodologies.</li> <li>Other duties may be assigned.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <br /> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Health Care, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or other related field is required.</li> <li>Master's Degree in related field preferred.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>EXPERIENCE/SKILL/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES (SKA) REQUIRED:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Four (4) or more years of experience in related field required.</li> <li>Organizational skills and ability to prioritize; must be able to lead multiple activities with varying timelines.</li> <li>Strong analytical, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Strong knowledge and use of existing software packages (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc).</li> <li>Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills to understand, interpret, and communicate ideas</li> <li>Ability to lead and contribute to business units and/or corporate projects.</li> <li>Ability to effectively interface with employees at all levels.</li> <li>Ability to work independently, within a team environment, and communicate effectively with employees at all levels.</li> </ul>
