Overview: <br />The Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC) is an integral role in supporting the recruiting function and contributes to the overall success of the Talent Acquisition Team by providing a high level of customer service, technical and administrative support, and project coordination throughout the recruiting process. The TAC will support core talent acquisition functions and initiatives that facilitate and ensure excellence in Talent Acquisition&rsquo;s interactions and relationships with internal and external customers. This position will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager.<br /><br /> <p><strong>WORKING CONDITIONS</strong></p> <p>Work is performed in an office setting with no unusual hazards.</p>
Responsibilities: <br /> <ul> <li><strong>Oracle New Hire Processing</strong>: Responsible for converting and troubleshooting external, contractor, promotion, and transfer hires in Oracle.</li> <li><strong>Reporting and Metrics</strong>: Creates reports and metrics around recruiter performance, delivered to recruiter and Talent Acquisition leadership. Develops reports to leadership specifications; Maintains New Hire Tracking Reporting for each hire date and various other report generation; Monitors and analyzes metrics including: hits, unique visitors, patterns in user requests, page views, top users, referring sites.</li> <li><strong>New Hire Administrative Document/Processes</strong>: Completes I-9 forms, verifies I-9 documentation, and maintains I-9 files; meets with each new hire on the day of hire to process required I9 documentation; Initiates and monitors new hire background checks.</li> <li><strong>High Level Technical and Administrative Support:</strong>&nbsp;Contributes to the overall success of the Talent Acquisition team by providing a high level of quality administrative and technical support throughout the recruitment process including the development of Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, for both internal and external audiences as requested; scheduling candidate interviews, coordinating interview logistics and scheduling travel for out of town candidates.</li> <li><strong>Sourcing and Screening</strong>: Responsible for sourcing and screening for various positions. Coordinates consistent print and web materials for career fairs, attends fairs as brand ambassador, and recruits for various programs.</li> <li><strong>Social Media Assistance</strong>: Assists Talent Acquisition team with effective use of social media best practices to build relationships with candidates and employment brand. Monitors team&rsquo;s social media use; creates/provides resources with a variety of content to post, follow, types of interactions, and direction to improve their social media output and increase visibility.</li> <li><strong>Survey Development and Reporting</strong>: Utilizes survey software reporting and survey development to gauge hiring manager and candidate experience during the recruitment process.</li> <li>Perform other related duties as assigned.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <br /> <p><strong>EDUCATION OR EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE:&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Associate's degree or equivalent discipline required.&nbsp;</li> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources or equivalent discipline preferred.</li> <li>Combinations of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.</li> <li>Continuous learning, as defined by the Company&rsquo;s learning philosophy, is required.&nbsp;</li> <li>HR Certification or progress toward certification is highly preferred and encouraged.</li> </ul> <br /> <p><strong>EXPERIENCE:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum of two years Human Resources experience required; Talent Acquisition function preferred.</li> <li>Oracle HR system experience highly desirable, but not required</li> <li>Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)</li> <li>Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is highly preferred</li> </ul> <br /> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES (SKA) REQUIRED:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all parties involved in the staffing process.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy, efficiency, and in a timely manner in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Dependable work ethic; strong customer service and high detail orientation, organizational and prioritization skills, and the ability to work independently</li> <li>Knowledge of human resources/recruiting laws and practices.</li> <li>Solid quantitative, analytical &amp; problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in applicable situations and interactions</li> <li>Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key contacts to enhance workflow and quality</li> <li>A strong, demonstrated working knowledge of office software such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, Outlook</li> <li>Ability to interact effectively with staff, vendors, and applicants at various levels.</li> <li>Other related skills and/or abilities may be required to perform this job.</li> </ul>
