Overview: <br />The Learning and Organizational Development Program Coordinator will collaborate closely with external partners and internal stakeholders to provide support for the Learning and Organizational Development function. This position will support the Enterprise training and development activities including, but not limited to data management, research and inquiry, program scheduling and coordination, internal records maintenance, Learning Management System (LMS) issue troubleshooting, providing a high level of customer service, and project coordination. This position will report directly to the Director of Learning and Organizational Development.<br /><br /> <p><strong>WORKING CONDITIONS:</strong></p> <p>Work is performed in an office setting with no unusual hazards. Minimal travel required.</p>
Responsibilities: <br /> <ul> <li>Leads the coordination of EM Learning and Organizational Development events which includes creating events in the LMS, updating/creating Teams meeting information, inviting/contacting attendees, sharing materials after the presentation, tracking attendance, providing technical support during &ldquo;live&rdquo; virtual sessions, and communicating events with internal stakeholders.</li> <li>Provides assistance with Learning Management System initiatives which includes loading training, running reports, uploading new Learning Management System content, updating curated content for employee and leader development, troubleshooting enrollment issues, and monitoring enrollment rosters.</li> <li>Partners with the internal communications team to monitor and update the company intranet sites with Learning and Organizational Development content and information for employees and leaders.</li> <li>Assists with the creation of material for training and development programs including live training and eLearnings.</li> <li>Functions as systems administrator for the learning management systems and related processes and programs.</li> <li>Supports the coordination and administration of employee and leader development programs which includes &ldquo;live&rdquo; virtual event technical support.</li> <li>Updates training participants in internal survey system to collect feedback and prepare related reports. &nbsp;</li> <li>Assists with data preparation and review of results for the annual employee engagement survey processes.</li> <li>Responds to inquiries through the Learning and Organizational Development mailbox to provide support to employees and leaders in relation to learning systems and other inquiries.</li> <li>Communicates and promotes learning and development opportunities across the Enterprise.</li> <li>Maintains tracking spreadsheets for programs and contacts employees and leaders for training that is strongly recommended based on role.</li> <li>Supports the preparation of Learning and Organizational Development metrics for quarterly human resources scorecard.</li> <li>Other duties as assigned by Supervisor. &nbsp;</li> </ul> <br /> <p>Performs other related duties which may not be specifically listed in the position description, but which are within the general occupational series and responsibility level typically associated with the employee&rsquo;s class of work.</p>
Requirements: <br /> <p><strong>EDUCATION:</strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;<br /><br /></p> <ul> <li><strong>Associate degree in psychology, business, human resources, organizational development, or a related field required.</strong></li> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.&nbsp;</li> <li>Continuous learning, as defined by the Company&rsquo;s learning philosophy, is required.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <br /> <p><strong>EXPERIENCE:</strong>&nbsp;<br /><br /></p> <ul> <li><strong>Three years of experience</strong>&nbsp;in internal communications, human resources, training coordination, or project management required.</li> <li>Previous training and learning management experience preferred, but not required.</li> </ul> <br /> <p><strong>SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES (SKA) REQUIRED:<br /><br /></strong></p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of talent management systems, human resource information systems and/or learning management systems.</li> <li>Working knowledge of IT data systems or repositories.</li> <li>Some knowledge of learning assessment and program evaluation tools and methodologies.</li> <li>Proficiency in MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Word, and Excel.</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate professionally and effectively.&nbsp;</li> <li>Exceptional time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.</li> <li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet necessary deadlines.</li> <li>Ability to build collaborative and productive relationships; establish rapport at all levels of the organization and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.</li> <li>Ability to create a safe, relaxed learning environment that promotes open and direct communication.</li> <li>Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.</li> <li>Ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.</li> </ul> <br /> <p>The qualifications listed above are intended to represent the minimum education, experience, skills, knowledge and ability levels associated with performing the duties and responsibilities contained in this job description.&nbsp;</p> <p>We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
