Overview: <p>The Manager of Product Digital Engagement understands digital strategies, tools, and processes and appreciates the exciting innovative opportunity and intense pace of product development. Oversee timely infusion of effective and innovative digital engagement health care strategies into emerging productization paradigms.</p> <p>This role will manage the digital content productization team, coordinate execution of team plans and deliverables, and often collaborate across the enterprise to understand, align with, and communicate approaches on various initiatives.&nbsp;This includes management, coordination, and establishment of priorities for team, in accordance with overall productization team objectives. Direct oversight activities include the planning, design, programming, testing and post-project review of business solutions designed to meet requirements of various innovation initiatives that are emerging into productization stage. The role utilizes managerial skill, innovation knowledge, organizational navigation knowledge, project management expertise, methodology, and coordination to effectively lead team members and other business units in momentum on a wide array of innovation related initiatives and solutions, in close alignment with Director of Product and Product Manager.</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Responsible for managing the digital content productization team, and include collaborating across the enterprise to understand, align with, and communicate approaches on various initiatives.</li> <li>Coordinate plans and executions of digital engagement deliverables that are part of product initiatives.</li> <li>Manage, coordinate, and establish priorities for team, in accordance with overall productization team objectives.</li> <li>Planning , design, programming, testing and post-project review of business solutions emerging into productization stage.</li> <li>Manages staffing, budget planning, and effective process definition and execution within areas of responsibility.</li> <li>Lead the development of digital engagement team goals, objectives, processes, procedures, and systems related to productization goals.</li> <li>Manage strategic vendor relationships and direct the work of teams sourced to various projects/systems initiatives.</li> <li>Act as liaison between implementation personnel, management, and vendors by conducting meetings to review project details and obtain approval and signoffs.</li> <li>Directly manage team projects, which include planning, budgeting, reporting, problem solving, risk and issues management, communications, vendor management, and implementation.</li> <li>Act as a key resource to evaluate existing models and workflows to ensure optimum efficiency..</li> <li>Mentor team members; promote the utilization of best practices, as well as resource allocation, project prioritization, plan development and analysis, risk, scope and budget management.</li> <li>Monitor project tracking, reporting, and analysis of projects on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.</li> <li>Provide analysis of project trends and review recommendations for planning and delivery improvements to Business Lab Director.</li> <li>Develop and maintain relevant procedures and directions.</li> <li>Serve, as needed, as a member of various digital engagement advisory groups and infuse insights into project guidance.</li> <li>Work with minimum supervision and exercise sufficient discretion and independent judgment.</li> <li>Participate in development of annual departmental budget, monitor results, identify variances and make recommendations.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong>EDUCATION OR EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE:</strong></p> <p>Bachelor's Degree in applicable field such as Media and Communication, Technology, or Healthcare Admin.&nbsp;Continuous learning, as defined by the Company's learning philosophy, is required.</p> <p><strong>EXPERIENCE:</strong></p> <p>A minimum of ten years of progressive responsibility in defining solutions and driving outcomes in the digital experience field, including multi-faceted experience in the healthcare and technology fields, or relevant business experience which provides the necessary skills, knowledge and abilities required. Five years management or project management experience or the equivalent. Past exposure to navigating entrepreneurial ecosystems.</p> <p><strong>SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES (SKA) REQUIRED:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Demonstrated leadership and small team managerial abilities.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of digital engagement and digital content approaches</li> <li>Thorough knowledge of the health care industry, products and processes.</li> <li>Strong background in Digital Experience</li> <li>Strong awareness of Technology</li> <li>Strong awareness of content development</li> <li>Experience working with Senior Populations</li> <li>Experience working with mobile app solutions and/or with health-motivating wearable devices</li> <li>Knowledge of A.I. and Machine Learning concepts</li> <li>Experience producing content or engagement material</li> <li>Ability to appropriately manage resources, budgets, issues, and risks for the successful completion of projects.</li> <li>Ability to understand business needs and conceptualize and implement processes and products that support business strategies.</li> <li>Ability to comprehend the consequences of various problem situations and seek creative solutions.</li> <li>Ability to effectively exchange information clearly and concisely, and present ideas, report facts and other information, and respond to questions as appropriate.</li> <li>Ability to establish rapport and maintain partner and customer satisfaction without compromising priorities.</li> <li>Ability to interact with others at all levels of the organization, to build consensus and get decisions implemented.</li> <li>Thorough knowledge of project management principles and practices, including planning and coordination, with the ability to complete large projects involving multiple resources.</li> <li>Ability to establish workflows, manages multiple projects, and meets necessary deadlines.</li> <li>Ability to maintain confidentiality.</li> <li>Ability to perform other assignments at locations outside the office.</li> </ul> <p><strong>WORKING CONDITIONS:</strong></p> <p>Work is performed in various office settings with no unusual hazards. Occasional travel is required.</p>
