Overview: <p><strong><u>Summary</u></strong></p> <p>IT Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of multiple concurrent complex Corporate Strategic Projects, overseeing the process of initiating, planning, and executing. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Develop comprehensive project charters and full-scale, detailed project plans</li> <li>Assemble project team: identify required resources, define, and assign roles/responsibilities to each project team member</li> <li>Monitor and control the production of quality project deliverables</li> <li>Ensure projects meet Executive Project Sponsor expectations, including team member expectations, with respect to quality and delivery timelines</li> <li>Identify and mitigate project risks by employing mitigation strategies</li> <li>Identify and resolve project issues in a timely manner, escalating where appropriate</li> <li>Manage project scope and change controls, conduct impact analysis, and bring forth recommendations</li> <li>Develop and deliver project status, proposals, presentations to Steering Committees, project teams, key stakeholders regarding critical path, milestones, risks, and issues at the appropriate communication level</li> <li>Support change management at the organizational level, including active support within the network of change agents to champion and support change initiatives</li> <li>Support training efforts, including providing input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs</li> <li>Communicate effectively and succinctly to various audiences, such as Sales, Finance, and break down the technical changes, impacts, and risks to be understandable in business context</li> <li>Integrate change management activities into project plan, applying standard Project Management tools and techniques to identify, plan and monitor deliverables</li> <li>Create actionable deliverables for the change management levers</li> <li>Evaluate and ensure user readiness on all strategic initiatives that involve systems and technology</li> <li>Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress</li> <li>Track and report change management related issues</li> <li>Perform project closure activities including lessons learned presentation to leadership</li> <li>Partner with IT BPs to keep all stakeholders engaged</li> <li>Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and sponsors</li> <li>Work closely with the IT team to continuously evolve and mature practices, templates, and processes in relation to project delivery</li> <li>Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing PM standards</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or a related field of study</li> <li>Minimum 7 years of work experience as an IT Project Manager in a software development environment</li> <li>Demonstrated project leadership delivery experience of highly complex enterprise software systems</li> <li>SAP Implementation Project Management experience, preferably within manufacturing environments; familiarity with large-scale SAP Implementation project management fundamentals, especially in a complex legacy integration environment are definite assets.</li> <li>Thorough understanding of software development lifecycle</li> <li>Thorough understanding of waterfall and agile software development methodologies</li> <li>Collaborative in driving and making decisions</li> <li>Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously, and deliver results in a high volume, fast-paced, rapidly changing, results-oriented environment.</li> <li>Exceptional interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to effectively work with and influence cross-functional teams, building strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders</li> <li>Team player who is highly customer-focused, motivated, positive, flexible, with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to understand, compile and communicate complex, highly technical information clearly and effectively</li> <li>Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio).</li> <li>Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, where speed, change, and uncertainty are constants.</li> <li>PMP Certification, lean or six sigma certifications are assets</li> <li>Prosci Certification or other change management methodology an asset</li> <li>Experience supporting change management initiatives and programs are strong assets</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What is the recipe for a great career at FGF?<u><br /></u></strong><u><br /></u>Working at FGF Brands, there is never a dull moment!
