Responsibilities: <br /> <ul> <li>Leads by example &amp; fosters an environment of mutual respect &amp; teamwork among Team Members</li> <li>Responsible for leading all production Line Leaders, Team Leaders &amp; all crews on a shift</li> <li>Leads, coaches, mentors, and trains Line Leaders and Team Leaders</li> <li>Ensures production schedules are met&nbsp;</li> <li>Follow-ups and deals with any problems that may occur</li> <li>Co-ordinates the various department schedules, products &amp; manpower to ensure that the production runs smoothly</li> <li>Checks to ensure that proper methods &amp; procedures are being used and that quality, safety, environment standards are met</li> <li>Provides assistance in scheduling, resolving production and manpower problems</li> <li>Provides orientation and training as required to ensure an effective and efficient workforce</li> <li>Ensures a safe working environment is maintained at all times by enforcing Company Standards and regular inspections</li> <li>Assists in all testing of new equipment, methods and or products, as well as troubleshoots processes and equipment</li> <li>Utilizes OMS system &amp; SCADA System&nbsp;<em>(when available)</em>&nbsp;to meet production targets &amp; follow Quality Control procedures Completes daily reports on KPI&rsquo;s</li> <li>Acts as a backup to Operations Leader when necessary</li> <li>Additional responsibilities may be added to better satisfy the needs of the business</li> </ul>
