Working closely with data scientists and data analytics teams you are required to implement Cerebro solutions in all FGF manufacturing environment and to establish a continuous pipeline of feedback and knowledge between the analytical team and shop floor team members. This position requires strong relationship building with manufacturing leads, hence expected to spend majority (80%) of time on the shop floor and production space. Strong change management skills along with strong technical competencies and experience are key to success when managing high-performance team without any direct reports.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>Furthermore, you serve as the expert in IT and OT systems, making decisions on complex or ambiguous issues, understanding business requirements, integration of technologies into the control systems, and ensuring the right solutions are developed to support the manufacturing operations transformation toward Cerebro platforms. This role will work alongside Data Sciences group, Engineering Automation group, Continuous Improvement, and Business Process Team to support all aspects of FGF operations and manufacturing.</p>
Responsibilities: <br /> <ul> <li>Understand business requirements and&nbsp;develop AI-driven solutions addressing those requirements&nbsp;</li> <li>Assist by being able to deliver an ML (Machine Learning)/DL (Deep Learning) project from beginning to end, including understanding the business need, aggregating data, exploring data, building &amp; validating predictive models, and deploying completed models to deliver business impact to the organization.</li> <li>Work with our internal data team to analyze, extract, normalize, and label relevant data.</li> <li>Work with our business partners and analysts to help our business units operationalize models after they are built.</li> <li>Educate and train operation team members on Cerebro technology and ensure 100% adoption of technology using change management principles</li> <li>Assist business users with identifying model drift and retraining models</li> <li>Research on the latest&nbsp;technologies&nbsp;and state of the art AI and ML&nbsp;models&nbsp;with&nbsp;the goal of&nbsp;importing&nbsp;them into the manufacturing industry&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> </ul>
