Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Responsible for implementing best practices and systems to build a robust, cutting-edge equipment maintenance program across the organization.</li> <li>Responsible for mentoring and coaching a team of Operational Excellence Engineers and Co-ops.</li> <li>Identify and lead multiple improvement initiatives/projects of high importance to the business.</li> <li>Create an environment which fosters a continuous improvement culture across all facilities including innovation and integration of all new relevant technologies.</li> <li>Responsible for implementation and change management of CMMS systems, optimization of maintenance strategies, and driving asset performance excellence.</li> <li>Focus on standardizing and automating maintenance work management and material management processes to capture real-time equipment reliability data and identify opportunities for improvement.</li> <li>Work with plant operations team to perform spare parts optimization, asset criticality assessments, and CMMS transformations.</li> <li>Perform compliance assessments regularly at multiple sites, to evaluate adherence of the maintenance teams to the standard practices at all sites.</li> <li>Track the team&rsquo;s performance against continuously improving targets and generate actions and follow up on a regular basis.</li> <li>Take ownership of enhancement projects and ensure a steady delivery of results partnering with functional teams at sites.</li> <li>Work closely with cross functional teams and levels of management to achieve project milestones.</li> <li>Work with internal and external partners in incorporating Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Safety (RAMS) into day-to-day activities of the maintenance department and moving toward world-class TPM and autonomous maintenance.</li> <li>Work toward utilization of historical data in optimizing maintenance processes related to preventive, condition based and predictive maintenance.</li> <li>Motivate and empower core team and stakeholders through positive attitude and stimulate change from the traditional mindset toward a &ldquo;Zero Loss Mindset&rdquo;.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Minimum Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Engineering/Mechanical Engineering.</li> <li>Minimum 4 years of experience in Reliability Engineering, Maintenance Leadership, or collaborating with Maintenance teams.</li> <li>Positive attitude, strong interpersonal, analytical and project management skills to lead cross functional team projects in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li> <li>Experience with process optimization and data analysis.</li> <li>Technical Certifications such as CRE (Certified Reliability Engineer) or CMRP (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professionals) through SMRP (Society of Maintenance and Reliability Professionals) or ASQ (American Society of Quality) would be an asset.</li> <li>Knowledge and experience working with CMMS systems and in particular SAP EAM and EWM modules.</li> <li>Successful track record of Maintenance Program implementation and optimization would be an asset.</li> <li>Experience with the concepts of Condition Based Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance tools such as vibration analysis, oil analysis, infrared thermography, motor circuit analysis, ultrasonic inspection, etc. would be considered an asset.</li> <li>Experience leading cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Understanding of Reliability goals, growth, and prediction.</li> <li>Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Black Belt Preferred).</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What is the recipe for a great career at FGF?<u><br /></u></strong><u><br /></u>Working at FGF Brands, there is never a dull moment!
