Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Source and procure new parts, receive new parts and ship parts to facilities</li> <li>Coordinate and manage the spare parts and update inventory information in the system</li> <li>Monitor inventory and arrange timely replenishment</li> <li>Manage the SAP RFQ system between all facilities, ensuring all parts are assigned and redeployed<br />correctly based on maintenance needs</li> <li>Validate accuracy of purchase requisition base on requirements and ensure it meets all<br />specifications</li> <li>A &ldquo;hands-on&rdquo; role working very closely with maintenance coordinators and maintenance teams<br />to gather and compile requirements from all facilities</li> <li>Other responsibilities as required</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Post-secondary education in Operations Management or equivalent</li> <li>Previous manufacturing experience is an asset</li> <li>Relevant certifications such as CPIM or CSCP is an asset.</li> <li>Experience 1 to 5 years or more in inventory management or related roles.</li> <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products with Intermediate Excel skills required</li> <li>Strong communication (oral and written)</li> <li>Demonstrated time management and organizational skills in a faced paced environment</li> <li>Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills</li> <li>Preferably with SAP experience</li> <li>Current forklift certification is an asset.</li> </ul>
