Overview: This role supports the data entry, control, maintenance, and analytics for the T&amp;D department. This includes new hires&rsquo; onboarding data, digital offer data, time &amp; attendance, and team members&rsquo; personal and employment information. We are looking for a professional who is passionate about numbers, is eager to learn and thrives for perfectionism in data management. This person also excels in building strong client relationships and enjoys working within a collaborative team environment by working closely with the T&amp;D and Payroll teams.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Updates and maintains team member records and HR databases using HRIS system.</li> <li>Maintains job classifications database ensuring full integration between HCM and ATS applications.</li> <li>Maintains records in system; ensures team member profiles are accurate and up to date.</li> <li>Resets passwords for HRIS System users.</li> <li>Clears exceptions for home office team members in Time Management system.</li> <li>Supports T&amp;D Team in learning HRIS systems by helping the requestors to navigate through the systems: Helps the T&amp;D BPs, Advisors and Coordinators with team members life cycle transactions in HCM.</li> <li>Helps the T&amp;D BPs, Advisors and Coordinators to create job requisitions, job offers in application tracking system, helps to send the candidates to digital onboarding, etc.</li> <li>Maintains and updates user guides and training materials</li> <li>Recommends processes and workflows to improve efficiency and/or customer service.</li> <li>May help draft and maintain functional requirement documents.</li> <li>Supports continuous improvement projects, such as improving data integrity, processes, and workflows.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>2-3 years of software administration experience. Experience using an HRIS system (Preferably SAP SuccessFactors).</li> <li>Well-developed logical, analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze significant amounts of information with high attention to detail and accuracy.</li> <li>Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills.</li> <li>Knowledge of key HR metrics.</li> <li>Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.</li> <li>Strong MS Word, Excel (VLOOKUP, Data validation and simulations), and PowerPoint knowledge, and effective written, verbal and presentation skills.</li> <li>Post-secondary diploma or degree in a business-related discipline (human resources, mathematics, computer science preferred).</li> <li>Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What is the recipe for a great career at FGF?<u><br /></u></strong><u><br /></u>Working at FGF Brands, there is never a dull moment!
