Requirements: <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Required Experience:</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto">3+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master within a product or software development environment.</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Proven experience&nbsp;facilitating&nbsp;Scrum events, supporting Agile teams, and guiding process improvements.</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent platforms for backlog and sprint management.</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams or complex projects while&nbsp;maintaining&nbsp;alignment with strategic goals.</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience working in cross-functional environments that include engineering, design, and business teams.</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Exposure to scaling frameworks such as&nbsp;SAFe,&nbsp;LeSS, or&nbsp;Scrum@Scale&nbsp;is an asset.</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Certification as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent is&nbsp;required.</span></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What is the recipe for a great career at FGF?<br /><br /></strong>Working at FGF Brands, there is never a dull moment!
