Overview: <p>The TA Coordinator reports to the Manager TA &ndash; MFG. This role contributes to the overall day-to-day operational effectiveness, supporting the Talent Acquisition and Talent &amp; Development teams. You will focus on delivering exceptional services to the business and contributing to strategic initiatives. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Provide Administrative and Recruitment support to the Talent Acquisition Team for all internal talent acquisition-related activities in North America.</li> <li>Create and manage all internal job postings for Home Office and Manufacturing sites.</li> <li>Assist with report generation for all recruitment related activities for internal talent on a monthly, quarterly, and as required basis with coordination between the Talent Acquisition team and Talent &amp; Development teams when required.</li> <li>Act as the subject matter expert for the internal job posting processes and guidelines.</li> <li>Manage the Referral process, including maintaining the referral inbox and tracker.</li> <li>Assist in the management of the internal transfer process.</li> <li>Maintain job descriptions for Quality audits.</li> <li>Assist in the completion of Government surveys related to recruitment and hiring.</li> <li>Assist with recruitment of external candidates as required.</li> <li>Handle highly sensitive and confidential matters relating to the daily activity of the department and/or organization.</li> <li>Completion of other assignments and projects as required.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>One year of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources preferred.</li> <li>Excellent organizational, communication and relationship management skills.</li> <li>Previous experience working with an ATS system (ICIMS preferred).</li> <li>Driven to take initiative, coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines.</li> <li>Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.</li> <li>Highly motivated, energetic individual able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What is the recipe for a great career at FGF?<br /><br /></strong>Working at FGF Brands, there is never a dull moment!
