Overview: <p>The Team Member Warehouse is responsible for understanding and following all assigned tasks and abiding by all safety requirements. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Performs the responsibilities and tasks assigned with the general guidance of the Logistics Leader, Logistics Site Leader, and/or Team Leader.</li> <li>Warehouse equipment responsibilities: <ul> <li>Operates machinery or equipment as trained and instructed following safety guidelines at all times.</li> <li>Assists with preparing for production shift.</li> <li>Become knowledgeable of the mechanics and operation of machine in which they operate.</li> <li>Understand the receiving process and how it supports the Distribution Center.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Palletizing responsibilities: <ul> <li>Assists in the loading of trucks.</li> <li>Assists in completing shipping/receiving documents.</li> <li>Verify loads leaving the premises.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Comply with the following programs within the production area: <ul> <li>Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) program</li> <li>Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP&rsquo;s)</li> <li>Any and all food safety programs.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Utilizes understanding of the Distribution Center to make Management aware of delays in the loading process/production selections and setup.</li> <li>When possible, troubleshoots causes for product or ingredient issues and collaborates with other departments to provide efficient and effective resolutions.</li> <li>Ability to communicate problems or issues that are occurring on the production floor or the warehouse area to their Team Leader or Leader.</li> <li>Ability to work and communicate with other departments on production issues or concerns.</li> <li>Follows attendance policy. Observes department call-in procedures.&nbsp; Exhibits timely arrival and departure and dependable time habits including meal and other breaks.</li> <li>Maintains a positive attitude and gets along well with coworkers.</li> <li>Exhibits teamwork and willingness to help others.</li> <li>Follows dress code and maintains a professional appearance.</li> <li>Can be relied upon to complete assigned tasks.</li> <li>Complies with established Departmental and Organizational policies and procedures.</li> <li>Works within a team environment to meet/exceed established production standards.</li> <li>As need dictates, both assigned shift, work location, and work schedule may be changed by management with or without prior notice.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Minimum 1 year of work experience. Warehouse experience preferred.</li> <li>Must have a great attention to detail to be able to detect the presence of product or ingredient issues.</li> <li>Ability to visually inspect product and materials.</li> <li>An understanding or willingness to learn food manufacturing and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).</li> <li>Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Must be able to understand and follow verbal or written communications.</li> <li>Must be able to work flexible shifts, weekend and overtime as needed.</li> </ul> <br /> <p><strong><u>What is the recipe for a great career at FGF?</u>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Working at FGF Brands, there is never a dull moment!
