Overview: <p>As a team member, the Frozen Warehouse Team Member controls the receipt, storage, and out-loading of finished produced goods in the facility. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Prepare and ship orders for pickup or delivery according to schedule and order instructions.</li> <li>Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, and store).</li> <li>Perform inventory transactions accurately and keep quality standards high for audits.</li> <li>Report any discrepancies.</li> <li>Maintain a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.</li> <li>Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment.</li> <li>Communicate and cooperate with co-workers and supervisors.</li> <li>Follow and comply with procedures, rules and policies.</li> <li>Maintains a positive attitude and gets along well with coworkers.</li> <li>Exhibits teamwork and willingness to help others.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience required with prior stand-up forklift experience.</li> <li>Must have HS diploma or GED equivalent.</li> <li>Must be able to read, write and understand instructions, warnings, labels and postings in English effectively.</li> <li>Must be at least 18 years of age.</li> <li>Must be able to work in a cold environment.</li> <li>Must be able to ensure proper product rotation and understand and perform lot and computer control.</li> <li>Must be able to work as a TEAM.</li> <li>Basic computer and data entry skills.</li> <li>Must be able to multi-task and have strong decision-making skills.</li> </ul> <br />
