Responsibilities: We understand that moving for a new role is a big commitment. That's why we provide relocation support to the successful candidate.<br /> <ul> <li>Plan and execute small-scale projects, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders and maintaining high-quality standards while resolving issues as they arise.&nbsp;</li> <li>Prepare work plans, contractor bidding documents, requests for proposals, and manage contractor procurement, ensuring all documentation is thorough and compliant.&nbsp;</li> <li>Control, forecast, and monitor all project-related costs while tracking site progress against planned work, ensuring accountability for financial management.&nbsp;</li> <li>Oversee the management of interfaces between different project groups, including subcontractor management, and maintain a project risk register to identify and mitigate risks effectively.&nbsp;</li> <li>Establish and maintain a system for recording, tracking, and progressing all project documentation using project management software to ensure organized and accessible records.&nbsp;</li> <li>Liaise with government and regulatory bodies on behalf of clients for regulatory applications and submissions, support the analysis of environmental and regulatory risks, develop professional contacts, participate in training and meetings, implement safety programs, and complete all administrative duties within required timelines.&nbsp;</li> </ul>
Requirements: <div> <ul> <li>Possess a minimum of 6 years of project management experience, particularly in environmental-related projects, alongside 4+ years of relevant regulatory and environmental consulting experience.&nbsp;</li> <li>Hold a Technical Diploma or University Degree in environmental science, engineering, or a related discipline, with eligibility for a professional designation (P. Ag, RP. Bio, P. Eng, P.
