Overview: <p>This temporary position in Carseland, AB and provides pre-work from July to September, Monday through Thursday, totalling 40 hours per week. Starting in early September and running through mid-October, the turnaround work will begin with a schedule yet to be determined, either 12 days on and 2 days off or 6 days on and 1 day off, offering 11 to 12 hours per day. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Install, calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain process instrumentation, communication networks, and control equipment, including flow computers, tank gauging systems, custody transfer metering, and associated equipment.</li> <li>Analyze, interpret, and utilize the information in SCADA, LOI displays, and PID drawings to ensure the safe operation of facilities.</li> <li>Supports programming and troubleshooting of Local Operator Interfaces and Programmable Logic Controllers.</li> <li>Troubleshoot electrical, instrumentation, and control equipment.</li> <li>Provide Instrumentation support and maintenance to ensure system reliability.</li> <li>Use pneumatic, electrical, and electronic testing devices to inspect and test instrument and system operation and diagnose.</li> <li>Repair, maintain and adjust system components or remove and replace defective parts.</li> </ul>
