Their duties include evaluating current systems to identify inefficiencies and unmet needs, installing new application tools, and updating hardware requirements for computer networks.</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>End User Support for Global Applications including Office 365, SAP, Adobe/Bluebeam, LIMS, Autodesk, OneDrive.</li> <li>Installs, diagnoses, and repairs all computer equipment including desktop, laptop, Windows CE &amp; Android scanners, network/local printers, switches and servers.</li> <li>Familiar with Imaging services such as Microsoft SCCM.</li> <li>Supports network administration, implements backup strategy, supports controls network and user security for the LAN/WAN</li> <li>Lotus Notes Administration</li> <li>Compliant Pro Administration and Form Development</li> <li>Intranet Administrator</li> <li>Provide VPN Management Oversight for RI, AZ, and FEBE</li> <li>Vendor Interaction</li> <li>Printer/Copier Services</li> <li>Software Licensing (JMP, VEEAM, VMWare, SolarWinds, Compliant Pro, Autodesk)</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in computer sciences or related field, with 3 years' experience, or an Associate degree and 5 years&rsquo; experience, or a total of 7 years of related experience in IT Infrastructure with a high school diploma</li> <li>Experience in supporting a mixed PC/LAN environment.</li> <li>Wide-Range Knowledge of IT-Related Software Applications</li> <li>Experienced with VMWare and Mass-Storage Solutions</li> <li>Knowledge/experience of VPN, VolP, Cisco Meraki products (switch, wireless access point, etc.), bar-code scanner, etc.</li> <li>Experience dealing directly with vendors and maintenance agreements</li> <li>Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.</li> <li>This is a safety-sensitive position that requires candidates to successfully pass a post-offer drug screening prior to employment.
