We have an exciting opportunity at our Mesa, Arizona facility for a&nbsp;<strong>Manufacturing Supervisor for our CMP Operations!&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p>With state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in the U.S., Europe, Taiwan, China, Korea and Japan, local sales offices throughout the world and on-site applications support, FUJIFILM Electronic Materials supplies the world's top tier semiconductor manufacturers with a broad array of products and services used throughout the semiconductor manufacturing process.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>The Role</strong></p> <p>This position&nbsp;supervises the CMP manufacturing production area, including reinforcement of key safety and operating protocols, training employees, managing process quality and output, system troubleshooting, managing MII transactions (where needed), and coordinating support from CMP Process Engineering.</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Assure that all operations are carried out safely and correctly</li> <li>Oversees ongoing production to assure that all Operating and Quality protocols are followed</li> <li>Evaluates employee training progress and conducts operating unit certification testing</li> <li>Manages shift staffing levels as needed to allow timely execution of production plans</li> <li>Coordinates with the Operations Manager on any issues related to safety, quality, and/or HR policies</li> <li>Participates in internal and external ISO/OHSAS audits to assure that our Safety and Quality Management Systems are maintained, improved and remain certified.</li> <li>Ensures that daily housekeeping and 5S activities are successfully completed</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>High School diploma or GED required. Associates degree preferred.</li> <li>Minimum 5 years&rsquo; experience in a manufacturing environment, with experience in the chemical or semiconductor industry preferred.</li> <li>Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in high volume manufacturing.</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li> <li>Ability to assist with electromechanical troubleshooting of systems.</li> <li>Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Products.</li> <li>Preferred knowledge and experience with SAP plant maintenance module.</li> <li>Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, stoop, bend, climb and reach</li> <li>Ability to work well with others at all levels of the&nbsp;organization</li> <li>Must have a valid Arizona drivers&rsquo; license and clean driving&nbsp;record</li> <li>Experience in operating a forklift and other manufacturing&nbsp;tools</li> <li>Ability to be fitted for and wear a&nbsp;respirator</li> <li>This is a safety-sensitive position that requires candidates to successfully pass a post-offer drug screening prior to employment.
