We have an exciting opportunity at our Hollister, CA facility for a&nbsp;<strong>Maintenance Manager!</strong></p> <p>With state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in the U.S., Europe, Taiwan, China, Korea and Japan, local sales offices throughout the world and on-site applications support, FUJIFILM Electronic Materials supplies the world's top tier semiconductor manufacturers with a broad array of products and services used throughout the semiconductor manufacturing process.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>The Role</strong></p> <p>The Maintenance Manager will oversee a PSM (Process Safety Management) regulated chemical facility to provide all installation, repair and upkeep operations of the site and will ensure that employees have a safe environment along with sustained physical resources available to complete their duties.</p> <p>The Maintenance Manager will report directly to the Plant Manager and lead union and non-union employees as direct reports.</p> <p>The person will develop frameworks to achieve operational goals &amp; objectives consistent with the business strategy along with a solid focus in EH&amp;S, quality, and productivity. Additionally, the person will support other functions as needed, collaborate, share and ready to learn in a team.</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities in the facility including analyzing equipment needs, reliability issues, developing preventive/predictive maintenance programs.</li> <li>Manage and support capital projects where necessary to implement new products or processes.</li> <li>Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.</li> <li>Manage and allocate workload to reporting staff.</li> <li>Develop maintenance programs, protocols, procedures and ensure implementation.</li> <li>Ensure the implementation and accuracy of the Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS)</li> <li>Check electrical, hydraulic and all utility required systems of all buildings to ensure functionality. Plan and oversee all repairs and installation activities. Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues.</li> <li>Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance. Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.</li> <li>Ensure health and safety policies are adhered to.</li> <li>Drive Best-Practice sharing/transfer among global manufacturing sites.</li> <li>Support all corporate EH&amp;S and Quality initiatives.</li> <li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>BS in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering with 5+ years&rsquo; experience in a chemical manufacturing plant with working experience on P&amp;IDs, and other technical drawings</li> <li>2+ years of management experience in maintenance or other functions</li> <li>Experience in planning maintenance operations in a PSM site</li> <li>Solid understanding of technical aspects of piping, electrical systems etc.</li> <li>Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Experience with SAP, CMMS suites and Microsoft products.</li> <li>Experience with Equipment &amp; instrument datasheets.</li> <li>Experience in Scheduled Shutdowns/Turnarounds.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail, facilitation, team building, collaboration, organization, and problem solving.</li> <li>This is a safety-sensitive position that requires candidates to successfully pass a post-offer drug screening prior to employment.
