This role works in conjunction with facilities, operations, and other key members to ensure projects have the most up to date documents, changes, and information. The Procure Administrator ensures the project is completed in a timely manner, with efficiency, and to FUJIFILM Electronic Materials (FFEM) standards.</p> </div> </div> </div>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Manage and develop the Procore system, including user databases, reporting, document control, and uploading of documents and drawings, etc.</li> <li>Provide reporting and information to support project engineering and construction.</li> <li>Maintain required project documentation.</li> <li>Provide ongoing Procore training for all staff at regular intervals.</li> <li>Be considered the Procore subject matter expert for Fujifilm Electronic Materials</li> <li>Manage and develop KPI monitoring, data analysis and reporting.</li> <li>Conduct occasional field checks as required</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in construction management or related field of study</li> <li>Previous experience with the administration and management of Procore software.</li> <li>Minimum of 3 years professional relevant experience</li> <li>Proficient in Office 365</li> <li>Construction experience is a plus</li> <li>Rigorous, organized, and reliable</li> <li>Previous Procore training experience is a plus</li> <li>Experience with technical documentation a plus</li> <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment</li> <li>Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks</li> <li>Problem-solving skills with a keen eye for details</li> <li>Exceptional time-management and organizational skills</li> <li>Strong verbal as well as written communication skills</li> <li>Ability to work well with others at all levels of the organization</li> <li>This is a safety-sensitive position that requires candidates to successfully pass a post-offer drug screening prior to employment.
