Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, auditing financial documents and procedures, account reconciling and tax document preparation.</p> </div> </div> </div>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Accounting duties, including the preparation of: <ul> <li>Journal entries</li> <li>Account reconciliations</li> <li>Variance analysis</li> <li>Documentation &amp; evidence of the performance of internal controls / SOX</li> <li>Documentation &amp; evidence of annual external audit</li> <li>Preparation of Government and Tax reports as required.</li> </ul> </li> <li>The Company operates with two primary ERPs in North America, SAP and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). Will need to become proficient in both systems environments.</li> <li>Support standardization of processes and controls &amp; seek continuous improvement</li> <li>Support implementation of new processes</li> <li>Collaborate with the Internal Audit and the External Audit teams, providing appropriate support</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting required</li> <li>3 to 5 plus years of general accounting experience in a corporate environment required</li> <li>Excellent communication skills and ability to develop relationships within a team environment and across departments</li> <li>Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines, manage multiple tasks in an environment of changing priorities</li> <li>Advanced Accounting Principles, Excel, and SAP</li> <li>This is a safety-sensitive position that requires candidates to successfully pass a post-offer drug screening prior to employment.
