This position interacts with nearly all aspects of the organization and is responsible for making critical decisions related to their product line across functions. This position ensures that ongoing activities related to their product line support the strategic business goals and maintain customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Develops and leads execution of product strategies to drive growth and meet Company objectives</li> <li>Owns pricing activities to align with business strategy and realize budget goals</li> <li>Owns profitability management and assists organization with cost optimization</li> <li>Tracks and supports execution of revenue growth opportunities alongside Sales</li> <li>Manages product lifecycle from new product development to product rationalization</li> <li>Manages product level capacity planning and long-range growth planning</li> <li>Works closely with Sales to support customer satisfaction</li> <li>Works closely with Procurement on Vendor relationships and sourcing strategies</li> <li>Seeks out market intelligence across functions and externally; maintains Company&rsquo;s intelligence and research</li> <li>Participates in contract development and negotiations</li> <li>Commercial interface with Supply Chain for cross functional projects and change management activities</li> <li>Supports S&amp;OP development and forecasting activities</li> <li>Reinforce safety initiatives to create a safety-first culture</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Business, Marketing or applicable technical field (Chemistry, Engineering, etc.) with commercial experience</li> <li>MBA or similar advanced degree preferred</li> <li>5+ years product management, sales or related experience</li> <li>Excellent English communications skills, oral and written; ability to successfully handle social as well as business interactions with all levels of customers&rsquo; personnel; diplomacy skills</li> <li>Good understanding of financial concepts such as IRR, NPV, ROI, COGS, profitability, margins, etc.</li> <li>Aptitude for project management; possesses leadership skills; independent worker; ability to prioritize</li> <li>Proficient at Excel, PowerPoint and MS Office suite; PowerBI aptitude is desirable</li> <li>Up-to-date knowledge of market conditions including customer and competitor information in the industries served</li> <li>Marketing and budgeting experience preferred</li> <li>Contract development and negotiating experience preferred</li> <li>Chemical plant knowledge/experience is desirable</li> <li>Possesses analytical and conceptual thinking skills; able to identify gaps and solve problems</li> <li>Ability to drive strategy and align ongoing activities with business objectives</li> <li>Ability to make recommendations based on market research; ability to analyze financial information</li> <li>Customer service focus including the ability to communicate diplomatically</li> <li>30-40% Travel expected.</li> </ul> <br /> <p><strong>MENTAL &amp; EMOTIONAL REQUIREMENTS</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li><strong>Resilience -</strong>&nbsp;Adapting well in the face of workplace stressors, the ability to work effectively and efficiently in high stress and conflict situations, the ability to remain poised under all circumstances, the ability to maintain regular attendance and be punctual.</li> <li><strong>Communication -</strong>&nbsp;The ability to successfully and professionally express and exchange&nbsp;ideas&nbsp;and meanings with all levels of employees in the organization, the ability to interact appropriately with a variety of individuals including customers/clients, the ability to work as an integral part of a team, ability to interact effectively with people in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust.</li> <li><strong>Reasoning and decision-making -</strong>&nbsp;The ability to understand, remember and follow verbal and written instructions, the ability to reason logically and make sound decisions.</li> <li><strong>Comprehension -</strong>&nbsp;The ability to complete tasks without direct supervision, the ability to simultaneously address multiple complete problems.</li> <li><strong>Organizational skills -</strong>&nbsp;Ability to multitask without loss of efficiency or accuracy, the ability to work and sustain attention with distractions and interruptions, the ability to perform in situations requiring speed, deadlines or productivity quotas.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Pay Range:&nbsp;</strong>The salary range for this role is estimated at $120,000-$150,000, with actual salary flexible based on candidate&rsquo;s qualifications and experience.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>FUJIFILM Electronics Materials, U.S.A., Inc.,</strong>&nbsp;is part of the Fujifilm family &ndash; a company that has been evolving and transforming for more than 85 years.
