We have an exciting opportunity at our Mesa, AZ facility for a Maintenance Electrician!<br /> <br />With state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in the U.S., Europe, Taiwan, China, Korea and Japan, local sales offices throughout the world and on-site applications support, FUJIFILM Electronic Materials supplies the world's top tier semiconductor manufacturers with a broad array of products and services used throughout the semiconductor manufacturing process.<br /> <br />The Role<br /> <br />The successful candidate will, under general supervision, perform skilled work in the installation, maintenance and repair of electrical and electronic systems, wiring, fixtures, apparatus, and control equipment; and perform related work as required. Oftentimes working with Engineering and Contractors to coordinate and execute long and short-term projects and outages.<br /> External US Key
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Work in a safe manner that is in compliance with safety, environmental, and Facilities department policies and procedures.</li> <li>Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair:</li> <li>Light fixtures, motors switches, breakers, transformers, disconnects, receptacles, wiring Distribution Panels, Service Entrance, and data loggers.</li> <li>Perform inspection for electrical services (120V, 208V,240V and 480V three phase), including wiring, conduit, panels, breakers, contractors, relays, timers, and controls.</li> <li>Follow maintenance process requirements, including use of SAP, to identify equipment issues, obtain parts, document findings, track labor hours, capture repair history, etc.</li> <li>Maintain an electrical spare parts inventory.</li> <li>Requirement for call outs on off hours as needed once trained.</li> <li>Required to participate in extended hours during an electrical outage that may extend into the weekend and holidays.</li> <li>Perform plant electrical switching that meets NFPA 70E electrical requirements.</li> <li>Trace-out and test electrical circuitry and components, as needed, to locate defective components and parts electrical systems (24AC/DC, 120/208VAC, 240/480 3phase VAC).</li> <li>Write procedures to maintain and repair equipment when required.</li> <li>Maintain good housekeeping and quality of workmanship.</li> <li>Support and participate in EH&amp;S, Quality, and Facilities department programs and requirements.</li> <li>Provides guidance and direction to less experienced personnel.</li> <li>Perform other duties, as assigned.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>AS Degree in Electrical Technology or successful completion of an apprenticeship program is required.</li> <li>A minimum 5 years of experience working in an industrial, manufacturing environment is required.</li> <li>Strong computer skills (MS-Excel, Word, Google Mail, etc.) required.</li> <li>General knowledge of SAP is preferred.</li> <li>Detail oriented individual, able to manage multiple tasks with input from various individuals in the maintenance and engineering department.</li> <li>Excellent communication and customer service skills.</li> <li>Ability to work well with others at all levels of the organization.</li> <li>Must have a valid Arizona drivers&rsquo; license and clean driving record.</li> <li>Must be able to lift/push up to 50 pounds.</li> <li>Ability to work additional hours and some weekends will be required.</li> <li>This is a safety-sensitive position that requires candidates to successfully pass a post-offer drug screening prior to employment. One of the essential job functions is the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.</li> </ul>
