We are currently seeking&nbsp;<strong>Outpatient Therapists</strong>&nbsp;in Indianapolis specializing in substance use. You will help provide clients will therapeutic interventions to support their improved family functioning as well as within their community.</p> <p>To support this expansion Firefly is currently offering a hiring bonus of 2000 for these positions! These positions are also qualified for our Student Loan Repayment program which pays up to 4000 per year toward student loan debt. (Conditions apply. Responsibilities: <p><strong>Therapy (50%)</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide counseling support to a caseload of individuals, families, and groups working to achieve treatment goals related to healing from trauma or processing emotions.</li> <li>Guide clients through clear, beneficial counseling methods to accomplish client-set goals as well as our goals.</li> <li>Maintain the therapeutic standards outlined by professional degrees and license.</li> </ul> <br /> <p><strong>Therapy Support (50%)</strong></p> <ul> <li>Use referral sources such as the Department of Child Services and other multiple institutions related to clients.</li> <li>Complete monthly reports and documentation of all contacts with family and related familial contacts.</li> <li>Conduct biopsychosocial assessments to determine client's level of need and best therapeutic intervention.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Master's degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling.</li> <li>Current Indiana Licensure.</li> <li>Must be at least 21 years of age.</li> <li>Must have a valid driver's license with valid auto insurance.</li> <li>Experience in trauma informed care.</li> <li>Knowledge of working with individuals with substance abuse issues and supporting them in their recovery.</li> <li>LMHC and LCAC preferred.</li> <li>Some evenings required.</li> </ul> <br /><br /> <h3><strong><em>At Firefly Children and Family Alliance, we are committed to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion.
