This position provides clinical support and guidance within Indiana's Home-based/Family Preservation programs. In this position, you will design and implement strategies and initiatives that strengthen programming. This position plays a crucial role in enhancing the quality of client care, improving operational efficiency, and driving the department's strategic vision. Responsibilities: <p><strong>Leadership&nbsp;&amp; Strategy:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and lead the strategic direction for quality home-based programming and innovation.</li> <li>Collaborate with leadership to align clinical innovation strategies with organizational goals.</li> <li>Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and excellence in client care to enhance impact of services.</li> </ul> <br /> <p><strong>Training Development &amp; Implementation:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Evaluate and optimize existing programs to enhance quality, efficiency, and client outcomes.</li> <li>Ensure programs are evidence-based and aligned with best practices and regulatory requirements.</li> <li>Provide leadership and mentorship to program directors and staff.</li> <li>Design and implement training programs to support clinical innovation and program development.</li> <li>Promote professional development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills.</li> </ul> <br /> <p><strong>Quality Improvement &amp; Data Management:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Implement and oversee quality improvement initiatives, and data-driven strategies to enhance client outcomes.</li> <li>Monitor and analyze performance metrics and outcomes.</li> <li>Improve the utilization of data to drive program development, including grant outcomes.</li> </ul> <br /> <p><strong>Collaboration &amp; Stakeholder Engagement:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work closely with staff to develop and implement service delivery innovations and programming improvements.</li> <li>Build and maintain partnerships with external stakeholders.</li> <li>Facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration within the agency to achieve program goals.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Master's degree in social work or related field; clinical license preferred.</li> <li>Five years&rsquo; experience in the field of child welfare, with experience in home-based services.</li> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships.</li> <li>Good problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.</li> <li>Ability to adapt to changing needs.</li> <li>Competence in data.</li> </ul> <br /><br /> <h3><strong><em>At Firefly Children and Family Alliance, we are committed to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion.
