Responsibilities: <p><strong>Leadership (55%)<br /><br /></strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide the strategy and goals for the program.</li> <li>Work collaboratively alongside a co-director within your service area.</li> <li>Ensure grantor/customer satisfaction.</li> <li>Ensure staff are meeting work product expectations.</li> <li>Hire, develop, hold accountable and if necessary, terminate Program staff.</li> <li>Coach &amp; mentor&nbsp;staff through training, inspiration and encouragement.</li> <li>Hold staff accountable to service standards and ensure the processes are followed according to program standards.</li> <li>Oversee vendors to ensure client information, and inquiries are managed following DCS goals and outcomes.</li> <li>Respond to crisis calls from program staff.</li> <li>Work within the structure of DCS Region and broker community.</li> <li>Collaborate with other agency directors to provide training development, case&nbsp;supervision&nbsp;and&nbsp;carry out&nbsp;program expectations.</li> </ul> <br /> <p><strong>Relationship Development (25%)<br /><br /></strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop &amp; maintain&nbsp;relationships&ndash; DCS, foster parents, mental health agencies, schools and community agencies collaborate to establish a referral network.</li> <li>Provide educational presentations throughout the community to support recruitment.</li> <li>Market and sell the program through one-on-one interactions.</li> </ul> <br /> <p><strong>Financials (10%)<br /><br /></strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Oversee billing, budgets and contractual relationships within the program.</p> </li> </ul> <br /> <p><strong><span class="hl-blue-underline replace" data-highlight-id="fb3e8f47b808867f59c7591f4e3285bc-0">Reporting</span>&nbsp;(10%)<br /><br /></strong></p> <ul> <li>Compile and analyze the data for recruitment and retention goals and outcomes.</li> <li>Maintain case and agency paperwork according to standards.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling or related field.</li> <li>Professional licensure (i.e., LCSW/LMHC) preferred.</li> <li>Commitment to family preservation &amp; reunification.</li> <li>A valid driver's license and proof of insurance with six or fewer points on driving record.</li> <li>First Aid and CPR required but can be obtained upon hire.</li> <li>Knowledge of and adherence to current confidentiality practices.</li> <li>Appreciation for and ability to respond to cultural differences.</li> <li>COVID vaccination is preferred but not required.</li> </ul> <br /><br /> <p><strong>Equal Employment Opportunity:</strong></p> <p>Firefly Children &amp; Family Alliance does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, and disability.</p>
