We are looking for a Digital Experience Platform Manager to lead the delivery and maintenance of the digital experience platform roadmap and maturing of our technology infrastructure.<br /><br />This position is responsible for leading the selection, deployment, optimization and ongoing management of 3rd party tools and platforms that comprise FNB&rsquo;s digital experience technology stack to enable best-in-class digital experiences and realization of business goals.
Responsibilities: <br /> <ul> <li>Implement a roadmap to&nbsp;a digital experience platform utilizing use case methodology to develop an enterprise solution-set</li> <li>Define and deliver use cases by working directly with business segments, technology and operations partners.</li> <li>Responsible for the success of their product(s), ensuring they meet the success criteria of their stakeholders and have high adoption/satisfaction.</li> <li>Champion the case for efficient and effective use of the digital experience platform, both internally and externally</li> <li>Develops a deep understanding of business segment needs, customer behaviors and the competitive landscape. Prioritize those needs to maximize business value and customer experience. &nbsp;</li> <li>Manage end-to-end platform implementations, production go-live, implementation planning, coordination &amp; change management processes.</li> <li>Provides status updates to the business and management.</li> <li>Collaborate to produce functional workflow documentation including business and audience objectives, requirements, success criteria, process flows, wireframes, mock-ups, status reports, etc.</li> </ul>
