Work location is subject to change based on business needs. <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Summary of the Job:</strong></p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> The role is responsible for the project management of new and enhanced card production projects. This includes having a disciplined approach to discovery, assessment and implementation. The role will be expected to build detailed project plans and process map as needed. The role will work closely with multiple teams including Marketing, IT, Operations, and Compliance.
Responsibilities: <br /> <ul> <li>Managing card production projects and balancing multiple projects at the same time</li> <li>Leveraging synergies across projects and products including credit cards, debit cards, and gift cards</li> <li>Creating detailed project plans and aligning timelines across teams</li> <li>Mapping processes to assess enhancements required to deliver&nbsp;the optimum customer experience&nbsp;with emphasis on efficiency/scalability</li> <li>Proving feedback in ideation processes to assess the feasibility of new requests</li> <li>Working cross-functionally with multiple teams including Marketing, IT, Operations, Compliance, etc.</li> <li>Bringing best practices to project work and focus on continuous improvement</li> <li>Building excellence standards for project implementations</li> </ul>
