We are looking for someone to transform our web experience. With this, we will look to you to execute the strategy and key initiatives that are necessary to bring the website vision to life. We want customers to have a simple, convenient digital experience with the ability to do all of their banking through our website, along with the personal touch that our customers know and expect. We will ask you to listen to what our customers are saying, understand their behaviors and habits, and integrate these together into the optimal customer experience.
Responsibilities: <br /> <ul> <li>Leads strategy and execution on a roadmap that aligns with the individual segment&rsquo;s overall strategy/priorities, to ensure logical, seamless and consistent quality execution.</li> <li>Responsible for prioritization of the Agile squads work and backlog and serves as escalation for dependency and conflict resolutions.</li> <li>Utilize customer insights to influence priorities, actions, resources and outcomes.</li> <li>Partners with Scrum Master and other Product Owners to ensure a consistent and streamlined customer experience across channels, and manage dependencies and risk.</li> <li>Purposefully drive innovation by iterating, learning, assessing, revamping and improving upon the customer experience and mobile app functionality. Proactively learn and understand the competitor environment, specifically focusing on user expectations, consistent pain points and future capabilities.</li> <li>Regularly communicate progress to leadership, stakeholders, and interested parties through Release Notes and end-of-sprint product demonstrations that showcase the new features delivered and overall progress against roadmap.</li> <li>Responsible for the development of Epics and Stories to ensure a healthy backlog of work available, while leading the development team in refining the acceptance criteria.</li> <li>Accountable to work within the Agile framework. Provide vision for what the business wants to build, engage in planning and execution, dedicates significant time leading and working directly with the Agile delivery squad.</li> </ul>
