Ask them to explain to you their roles and responsibilities, their expectations of an employee, and to discuss their business units&rsquo; goals and objectives. <ul> <li>Brad Brummund</li> <li>Ingrid Wadell</li> <li>Doug Groebner</li> <li>Stacey Cole</li> <li>Josh Tresemer</li> <li>Others as assigned</li> </ul> </li> </ul> </li> </ul> </li> <li>Financial Analysis <ul> <li>Learn to spread financials, spread financial statements as requested</li> <li>Learn the purpose of a borrowing base and how to spread them</li> <li>Develop the ability to analyze a financial statement</li> <li>Learn to reconcile a borrowing base</li> <li>Learn to reconcile net worth year over year</li> <li>Learn to reconcile working capital</li> <li>Learn to understand a commodity statement</li> <li>Demonstrate the ability to calculate the cash flow of a company</li> <li>Complete a full credit package for at least one customer</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong><u>Duties may include:</u></strong> <ul> <li>Complete at least one inspection with a Lender</li> <li>Attend at least one loan committee</li> <li>Attend at least one customer visit with the account officer</li> <li>Attend and participate in required internship educational sessions to develop and enhance core skills, industry knowledge, and key system and process understanding (as available)</li> <li>Participate and/or lead the completion of assigned short-term projects, as requested by manager: <ul> <li>Develop a per-head comparative analysis for feedlots and compile for feedlots in portfolio</li> <li>Evaluation of how department makes money</li> </ul> </li> <li>Work with manager to develop, implement and complete a development plan, intended to identify educational opportunities in the organization aligned with interests</li> <li>Final Internship presentation</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <br />
Requirements: <strong><u><br /><br />Program Requirements:<br /></u></strong><br /> <ul> <li>Enrolled college student (undergraduate or graduate) working toward a college degree in Business, Information Technology, or MIS.
