Work location is subject to change based on business needs. <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Summary of the Job:</strong></p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> The Sr. Product Manager of Innovation and Disruption is responsible for identifying new innovations that provide a seamless customer experience across products, channels and operations.
Responsibilities: <br /> <ul> <li>Responsible for proactively identifying disruption risk to FNBO&rsquo;s Operating Plan, creating valuable learnings through test-and-learn to prepare for those risks, and collaborating with leaders to mitigate risks when needed.</li> <li>Conduct strategic assessments of opportunities in partnership with technology and cross-functional First National bank business divisions, strategic partners/vendors, and Fintech companies.</li> <li>Engage with companies and other industries to increase FNBO&rsquo;s long-term value by accelerating knowledge and new opportunities through partnerships that further our mission.</li> <li>Partner with operational leaders to determine what key business challenges need to be improved/modified/eliminated and determine what new and existing technologies can drive viable solutions to solve our customer problems.</li> <li>Create a robust pipeline of new technologies that will deliver on the business needs to deliver the end-to-end customer-intended journeys.</li> <li>Partner with the CX team to understand where new innovations are necessary/needed/adding value to address gaps in our customer expectations.</li> <li>Act as a change agent to drive the agile transformation in the business unit to create new products in a more agile and customer&ndash;centric way.</li> <li>Drive more engagement and exposure with Fintech companies both locally and at the national level to identify key strategic partnerships.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities:<br /><br /></u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Proactively identify disruption risks to FNBO&rsquo;s Operating Plan, create valuable learnings through test-and-learn to prepare for those risks, and collaborate with leaders to mitigate risks when needed.</li> <li>Develop innovative and industry-leading products that uniquely serve our customers.</li> <li>Strategize at both the macro level, as well as for more tactical outcomes that are required to drive growth and customer satisfaction.</li> <li>Create, evangelize, and deploy new customer-centric agile product development processes.</li> <li>Accelerate the product ideation, testing, and validation process to help the bank move faster with new time-sensitive market opportunities and partnerships.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Influence key stakeholders throughout the bank in order to align resources and prioritization of the most valuable opportunities.</li> <li>Identify and evaluate acquisition, partnership, and investment opportunities with a bias toward actionable intelligence and/or results.</li> <li>Identify actionable ideas with existing partnerships and Fintechs to drive forward the customer-intended experiences and agile transformation both at the local and national levels.</li> <li>Attend industry events and keep abreast of the latest innovations and technologies to solutions that can solve business/customer needs.</li> <li>Create knowledge experts within the team that can provide updates to leadership when new technology education or understanding is needed.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <br /> <p><strong><u>Required Qualifications:<br /><br /></u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required</li> <li>Minimum of two (2) years of product management experience required <ul> <li>If product management experience is not attained, can accept a minimum of two (2) years of IT, digital marketing, or project management&nbsp; experience, in lieu of product management experience</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><u>Additional Qualifications:</u><em><u><br /><br /></u></em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Agile experience preferred</li> <li>Design experience preferred</li> <li>Experience in working closely with engineering teams to build new products preferred</li> <li>Experience in the Financial Services industry is preferred</li> <li>Minimum of three (3) years of Marketing Product Development experience preferred</li> <li>Minimum of three (3) years of Project Management experience preferred</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Equity, Diversity, &amp; Inclusion:</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>FNBO is committed to belonging, inclusion, diversity and equity.
