Responsibilities: <br /> <ul> <li>Handle inbound and outbound customer fraud&nbsp;calls.</li> <li>Review online reports for suspicious financial transactions.</li> <li>Use critical thinking and logic to distinguish between legitimate and potentially fraudulent transactions.</li> <li>Multi-task oriented (i.e., handle phone calls while maintaining reports).</li> <li>Employ courtesy and tact when handling challenging customer phone calls.</li> <li>Work independently and make decisions on accounts with little supervision.</li> <li>Recognize which reports are time-sensitive and prioritize tasks accordingly.</li> </ul>
