You&rsquo;ll bring daily management and relationship building to deliver on growth and execution for strategic partners, while collaborating with cross-functional peers in Marketing, Project Management, and Operations. <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>About This Role:</strong></p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <h4>The Client Manager is responsible for day-to-day management of assigned partner programs. Client Managers serve as lead on all 1) program coordination activities, 2) weekly program status calls, and 3) daily relationship management responsibilities for assigned programs.&nbsp;</h4>
Responsibilities: <br /> <ul> <li> <h4>Coordinate and direct weekly partner calls.</h4> </li> <li> <h4>Serve as a daily point of contact for all partner communication coming into, and going out of, FNBO.</h4> </li> <li> <h4>Conduct performance, trend and financial analysis on partner campaigns. Work with Marketing to ensure marketing programs are being developed to address the performance and profitability needs of the business. Ensure performance reporting is distributed to and reviewed by all necessary individuals within assigned partner organizations.</h4> </li> <li> <h4>Responsible for working with Account Executives to develop business strategies, providing subject matter expertise and day-to-day background on key strategic partners.</h4> </li> <li> <h4>Responsible for coordinating assigned partners&rsquo; account plans to deliver FNBO and Co-Brand partner's goals regarding growth and profitability.</h4> </li> <li> <h4>Act as the proactive voice-of-the-partner to cross-functional marketing departments, including Acquisitions, Customer Management, and Direct Mail teams.</h4> </li> <li> <h4>Manage the execution of marketing calendars for partners to ensure timely delivery of materials and collateral for partner and internal marketing teams. &nbsp;</h4> </li> <li> <h4>Execute on expense management and tracking for assigned vertical partners.&nbsp;</h4> </li> <li> <h4>Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge and understanding of the issuing/credit card industry (National &amp; Global), card associations, partners and FNBO products/services.&nbsp;</h4> </li> <li> <h4>Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of brand partner's industry and industry best practices.</h4> </li> <li> <h4>Responsible for acting as a customer service escalation point. Be proactive in analyzing and coordinating the resolution of client product and service issues.</h4> </li> <li> <h4>Responsible for understanding internal and external operations and completing annual risk and vendor management assessments.</h4> </li> <li> <h4>Responsible for ensuring product constructs are communicated correctly to appropriate internal teams.</h4> </li> <li> <h4>Exhibit professional behavior and promote positive working relationships.</h4> </li> <li> <h4>Assist Account Executives with the preparation of quarterly business updates.</h4> </li> </ul>
