Our start-up mentality is going to be key to our success and we want people like YOU, who share a passion to build, on this journey with us! <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>About This Role:</strong></p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>The Bend by FNBO team is seeking a <strong>Senior Marketing Lead</strong> to define and execute our enterprise marketing strategy for our cobrand credit card partners. This candidate will be a thought leader for the Bend Team, connecting our goals to the tactical marketing strategies we will define for our partners. This role is highly consultative, providing guidance on marketing plans to achieve growth goals that support the expansion of Bend by FNBO. We need a proven marketing leader that can step in and contribute ideas and plans for how our customers can grow new accounts, drive purchase volume, activate accounts, engage the member base and more. This is a fast-paced job that requires creativity and organizational skills to create a marketing roadmap that has a measurable impact on the growth of our credit card platform. Our ideal candidate has a strong marketing background with experience related to credit card marketing across multiple channels.</p>
Responsibilities: <br /> <ul> <li>Provide credit card marketing consultation and guidance to our partners or cobrand portfolios to reflect best practices from FNBO and industry leaders.</li> <li>Creation and communication of a partner marketing calendar and documentation in support of effective and compliant marketing campaigns.</li> <li>Influence partners and internal stakeholders on marketing strategy and execution of all partner marketing efforts in support of credit card growth goals.</li> <li>Partners with internal and external stakeholders to ensure our marketing plans support the needs of our customers and align to the compliance and operational standards set forth by credit card policy and regulation.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Specific Duties:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with our customers to understand key objectives that are important and define a marketing plan to support the growth targets set forth.</li> <li>Define a marketing scorecard so we can easily understand ongoing performance of our marketing initiatives and identify segmentation opportunities where we can make a positive impact.</li> <li>Create intake controls to effectively manage details of customer marketing campaigns to ensure our marketing operations are sound.</li> <li>Partner with key vendors and stakeholders to help our brand customers conduct user research in support of campaign objectives, messaging, and offer tactics.</li> <li>Partner with Customer Success and our Product teams to align marketing plans to the overall strategic objectives and priorities for our partners.</li> <li>Establish and manage campaign documentation and reporting for transparent communication to our customers, internal partners, and auditors.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <br /> <p><strong>Basic Qualifications:<br /><br /></strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree, with 7+ years of relevant experience</li> <li>Experience in credit card marketing, digital advertising, and partnerships.&nbsp; Experience working in the fintech space is a bonus.</li> <li>Knowledge of the credit card industry a must</li> <li>Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations</li> <li>Outstanding organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities</li> <li>Demonstrated experience with business and financial acumen related to managing a marketing budget</li> <li>Mastery in PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel/Google Sheets</li> <li>Ability to develop fact-based recommendations and communicate them to individuals at varying levels of an organization, from peer to executive audiences</li> <li>Flexibility in approach, but driven to exceed expectations from our customers and partners</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> Compensation range (base pay): $0.00-$0.00 <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Benefits Overview: </strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>We offer a variety of benefits designed to keep you and your family physically and financially healthy.
