Work location is subject to change based on business needs. <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Summary of the Job:</strong></p> <p><strong>&nbsp;<br /></strong>Provide initial space planning &amp; test fits and ongoing consultation on projects (new and remodels) for customer areas leveraging maximized space utilization and when possible inventory reuse, enabling delivery within budget, on schedule and as a quality customer experience. Allow for customer vendors/contractors to participate in bidding work for FNN projects as appropriate.</p>
Responsibilities: <br /> <ul> <li>Conduct BU facility reviews and assess specific facility requirements for a six-month to five-year timeframe. (On-going)</li> <li>Interface (respectful, proactive, etc.) with assigned BU Mgr(s) to understand plans for change or growth. (i.e., gather facility needs in support of business plan)</li> <li>Participate in YE Strategic Summary Forecast, including cc# roll-ups, various analysis scenarios. (annually)</li> <li>Participate in quarterly division reviews and project planning activities, including the facilitation of Need Assessments and translate into space program and schematic design.</li> <li>Implement short-term facility plans or situational analysis and assist with dev of projects budgets.</li> <li>Areas of focus include: space/rent, operational and project expenses</li> <li>Maintain FPP's data in the Archibus SMP module for on-demand and rotational BU updates.</li> <li>Provide recommendations to senior management on furniture products utilized by FNNI.</li> <li>Expert and liaison for KI systems wall and wireworks problems solving and troubleshooting installation challenges.</li> <li>Expert/Team Lead in evaluation to possibly change FN's Corporate workstation standards.</li> <li>Conduct workstation standard and peripheral equipment product evaluations and make recommendations for FN standards.</li> <li>Participate in life cycle cost analysis for various products and solutions.</li> <li>Product expert and liaison for ergonomic issues and solutions.</li> <li>Manage, coordinate &amp; conduct quarterly Vendor warehouse audits and IMS oversight.</li> <li>Enhance tools available to FNBI for product specifications and installations.</li> <li>Learn FN &amp; FNBI business procedures necessary to complete your work. This includes: Archibus system, AutoCad file structure; Lawson and other systems to conduct HR accountabilities, purchasing and invoice processing.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <br /> <p><strong><u>Required:<br /><br /></u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Business, equivalent Technical Training or equivalent experience in a functional area</li> <li>Additional four or more years of facilities management experience (such as: interior/construction, remodel/build management, facility maintenance/operations management, or move/facility management) or equivalent experience beyond degree</li> <li>Knowledge of software applications (such as MS Office, MS Project, Outlook, Archibus, AutoCAD, CAFM, BMCS, etc.)</li> <li>Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards (i.e., OSHA, ADA, Environmental Systems)</li> <li>Must be able to travel - 20%</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><u>Desired:<br /><br /></u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Professional certification in facility management related field (i.e., RPA, FMS, SMA)</li> <li>Knowledge of industry software applications (such as CAFM, BMCS, etc.)</li> <li>Proven organizational skills and ability to multi-task</li> <li>Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to interface across all levels of organization</li> <li>Creative problem solving skills</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Equity, Diversity, &amp; Inclusion:</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>FNBO is committed to belonging, inclusion, diversity and equity.
