Overview: Flexential is seeking a candidate to provide program and operational support for their partner ecosystem. As a member of the Channel team, you will be a central resource responsible for responding to general partner inquiries regarding the program and compensation as well as providing proactive reach out to partners. This role requires cross-functional alignment across internal teams as well as becoming an expert on channel systems and processes to drive resolution. The successful candidate must possess exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.&nbsp;
Responsibilities: <ul> <li> <p dir="LTR">Serve as a customer service support for general partner email and phone inquiries</p> </li> <li> <p dir="LTR">Assist Partners and the Channel Sales team with questions related to commissions, partner agreements, on-boarding, and lead registrations</p> </li> <li> <p dir="LTR">Conduct weekly calls with key partners to track overall commission inquiries/open items as well as prepare monthly bookings reports</p> </li> <li> <p dir="LTR">Manage the Partner Program contracting process&mdash;application through partner &ldquo;on-boarding&rdquo; communications</p> </li> <li> <p dir="LTR">Assist partners with registration and training on the Partner Portal</p> </li> <li> <p dir="LTR">Maintain up-to-date partner profile information/contacts in and Partner Portal</p> </li> <li> <p dir="LTR">Assist the Channel Sales team with support for strategic partner initiatives/partner program implementations projects</p> </li> <li> <p dir="LTR">Help to identify areas for improvements in the partner program/processes to drive efficiencies and partner satisfaction</p> </li> <li> <p dir="LTR">Provide partner outreach activities as required</p> </li> </ul> <div id="gtx-trans" style="position: absolute; left: 207px; top: 26.7639px;">&nbsp;</div>
