Overview: <p dir="LTR">The ServiceNow Administrator will focus on platform support and incident handling. This individual will work with ServiceNow Architects and Analysts on related projects including service automation and platform integration support. A typical day will include working from both a platform incident queue as well as participating in development projects. Other duties as assigned.</p> <p dir="LTR">We are a diverse Managed Services Provider and are focused on fast-paced provisioning and delivering a cohesive experience for our customers. This role will focus on providing solutions for a variety of business segments and will need to frequently learn new environments.</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Platform upgrades and code migration via update sets</li> <li>Knowledge of web architecture (HTML, XML, Angular JS, RESTful web services)</li> <li>Experience with scripting platforms (JavaScript, PowerShell, Python)</li> <li>Experience with building ServiceNow platform integrations with external systems</li> <li>Knowledge of Agile framework and experience in measuring level of effort with enhancements, defects, and stories</li> <li>Experience with Core, Customer Service Management, Knowledge Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Service Catalog platform areas</li> <li>Experience building automation workflows</li> <li>Experience building business rules, client scripts, and notifications</li> <li>Experience implementing ldap, sso, user/group/role</li> <li>Experience building Service Catalogs</li> <li>Knowledge of CMDB concepts</li> <li>Experience with Debugging and Troubleshooting</li> <li>Knowledge of the ITSM framework (ITIL)</li> </ul>
